TimberTech offers two main categories of decking: PVC Decking and Composite Decking. Once you decide on a category, then look at the available collections. Each collection has its own design characteristics and color options. Board textures can vary from crosscut grain to cathedral grain.
Advanced PVC Decking by TimberTech is a preferred choice because it offers a realistic wood look and excellent performance. The five reasons to like this decking option are:

Composite deck boards also offer a wood look; however, the boards are constructed differently. The boards have a polymer cap that keeps our moisture and creates a durable surface. Wood decks will require more ongoing maintenance and care, and typically wood decks have a shorter useful life. When you are discussing over the options with your design consultant because sure to review how weather and use may affect the total cost of the project over a 10 to 15 year period.
Sometimes a simple repair of a damaged deck board by a handyman is all you need. But if the deck is showing broad wear on the decking surface or deterioration with the structure, then give us a call at Deck Creations.
