Overview

Deck Creations LLC (“Deck Creations,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling your personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, with whom we share it, and what choices you have when you visit our website or interact with our services.

By using our website or submitting your information to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or submit personal information.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number, and postal address (provided via contact forms, estimate requests, phone calls, emails, or other communications).
  • Project details and any other information you voluntarily share when requesting a quote, scheduling a consultation, or communicating with us.
  • Job Site Information. When you schedule an on-site consultation or estimate, our representatives collect additional information including photographs of your property, measurements, site conditions, material assessments, project notes, and contract details. This information is stored in our internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and used to prepare your estimate, manage your project, and maintain records of our work. Your job information, contract details, and associated images are accessible to our subcontractors and business partners to the extent necessary to plan, coordinate, and complete your project. We require these parties to use your information only for project-related purposes and not for any independent marketing or commercial use.
  • Marketing and Portfolio Use of Job Site Photos. We use before-and-after photographs of completed projects in our advertising, on our website, and across social media platforms. By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge that project photographs may be used for these purposes. We will not display photos that identify your specific home address or other personally identifiable information. If you do not wish your project photographs to be used in our marketing or advertising, please notify us in writing at INFO@DECKCREATIONS.COM prior to or at the time of your project, and we will honor that request.
